The assistant can only state figures we checked
Every fee, deadline and threshold it may quote comes from one verified list, each entry carrying the page it was read from and the date. Ask for something not on that list and it says so instead of guessing.
Read from the Act, not from a summary
Statutory rules are pulled from the consolidated text on e-sbirka.gov.cz at the version in force, and fees from ipc.gov.cz — so you can open the same page and check it before you file.
Your data stays yours
EU-hosted, encrypted, row-level security. We never sell your data, and you can export or delete it at any time.
What this does not do: it checks figures, not reasoning — a correct fee can still be given to the wrong person, so always say which permit you hold. It covers what is written down as a rule, not how a particular officer will apply it. And where we cannot confirm a number, we link to the official page rather than estimate one. Nothing here is legal advice.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?+
On day 8 we charge 149 Kč/month (or 124 Kč/month if you chose annual). Cancel anytime in one click before then and you won't be charged.
What if I want to stop?+
Cancel any time from your account page. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you are not charged at all. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, after which your account becomes read-only — everything you saved stays readable and exportable.
How is this different from a lawyer?+
A Czech immigration lawyer charges 1,500–3,000 Kč/hour. Permit.cz is your prep tool: checklists, forms, AI guidance, exam practice. Use both — we make your lawyer time 10× more productive.
Is the AI advice actually accurate?+
Our AI is grounded in official Czech immigration law (Act 326/1999 and Ministry of Interior data current to 2026). For binding decisions, always verify on ipc.gov.cz / mv.gov.cz / mzv.gov.cz — links are included in every response.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?+
Yes. Your remaining time is prorated against the annual plan, so you only pay the difference (savings: 298 Kč vs paying monthly).
Do I need to enter a credit card to start?+
Yes — a card is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged until day 8, and if you cancel before then you are not charged at all. Reading the guides, forms and planner needs no account and no card.
What about VAT and invoices?+
Permit.cz is currently a non-VAT (neplátce DPH) service. You receive a Stripe receipt by email after each payment, suitable for most reimbursement processes.
