When Do You Need This Form?
When a foreigner no longer lives at the registered address and the landlord wants to remove them from the property registration.
Tips & Best Practices
- Proof is required: expired lease, terminated contract, etc.
- The foreigner will be notified and can dispute the cancellation
- Two versions: one for individual landlords (FO) and one for companies (PO)
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Not providing proof that the foreigner lost the right to the accommodation
